2. Liquidated Damages

In the event that any Content from this website is used in violation of this agreement—including inclusion in any dataset used for AI training or modelling—you agree to pay liquidated damages of £50,000 GBP (Fifty thousand pounds), plus Value Added Tax, per individual image or visual asset used, accessed, or stored unlawfully.

This amount represents a reasonable pre-estimate of the actual and consequential damages suffered by the Website Owner, including loss of licensing value, reputational harm, and the dilution of exclusivity or originality in the market.

3. No Automated Access

You agree not to deploy or use any automated systems (e.g., bots, spiders, crawlers, or scrapers) to access or interact with this website or its Content without prior express written consent from the Website Owner.

4. Notice to AI Companies

This notice is specifically directed to organizations developing artificial intelligence models, including those engaged in web scraping or dataset aggregation. Any use of this website’s Content in AI systems, training data, or derivative works without written consent will be treated as a willful violation of this agreement and of intellectual property rights.

5. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in United Kingdom for any disputes arising from this agreement.
