TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") are entered into by and between Dan Aziz Ltd ("Company") and the client ("Client"). By using our website and booking our services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions stated herein.

2. Services

Dan Aziz Ltd agrees to provide video production and photography services as outlined in the agreed-upon estimate, proposal or contract. This is generally sent via email to the client.

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Booking: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total fee is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance is due within 30 days from the date of the invoice upon completion of the work.

3.2 Payment Terms: All invoices issued by Dan Aziz Ltd are payable within 30 days. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed-upon payment methods.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

4.1 Client Cancellation: If the Client cancels the booking, the deposit will not be refunded. If the Client cancels within 14 days of the event, the full fee is payable.

4.2 Company Cancellation: If Dan Aziz Ltd has to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of all payments made will be issued to the Client. The Company will assist in finding a replacement photographer/videographer if possible.

5. Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 14 days before the event. Dan Aziz Ltd will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests but cannot guarantee availability.

6. Liability

Dan Aziz Ltd will take all reasonable care in providing the services. However, the Company is not liable for any event beyond its control, including but not limited to accidents, weather, illness, or equipment failure. The Company’s liability for any claim arising from this Agreement is limited to the amount paid by the Client.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Rights: All photographs and videos taken by Dan Aziz Ltd are the intellectual property of the Company. Dan Aziz Ltd grants the Client a license to use the images and videos for personal use and business use.

7.2 Usage: The Client may not sell or use the photographs/videos for commercial purposes without the express written permission of Dan Aziz Ltd.

8. Model Release

The Client grants Dan Aziz Ltd the right to use the photographs and videos for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, and portfolio, unless otherwise specified in writing. Model release and consent forms should be arranged by the client, to ensure that any persons appearing in the photography or video footage have given their full permission.

9. Editing and Alterations

Dan Aziz Ltd will provide a professionally edited selection of photographs and videos. The Company reserves the right to make decisions regarding the editing and final presentation. Any additional editing requests may incur extra charges.

10. Delivery

Final products will normally be delivered within 4-6 weeks of the event/shoot date, unless otherwise specified. These timescales can alter depending on the level of editing and amendments required by the agency or client. Delivery will be made via digital download or another agreed-upon method.

11. Confidentiality

Dan Aziz Ltd will keep all client information confidential and will not disclose it to any third parties without the Client's consent, except as required by law.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

13. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions, agreements, or understandings of any kind.

14. Amendments

Any amendments or modifications to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
